1. Design & Performance as per IS : 996 and IS : 325
2. Motor up to 90 frames are supplied with Aluminium Pressure die cast bodies,
3. with high power to weight ratio and better aesthetic look.
4. Motors above 90 frames are supplied with cast iron frame with rugged construction.
5. All motors shaft are of 40C8 / En 8 material.
6. All Motors are supplied with “F” class insulation but temperature raise restricted to ”B” class.
7. Windings are wound with polyester enameled “F” class wire.
8. Core material is with low loss high grade silicon steel.
9. Motors are designed for continuos duty (S1) at an ambient temp 40°C
10. Dynamically balanced for vibration free operation.
11. Noise level of the motors are maintained as per IS: 12065.
12. Thermistors can be provided on request to avoid single phasing & over heating due to excess load on the Motor.
13. “V” ring seals & oil seals are provided to ensure IP – 55 Protection.
14. Motor are tested for vibration level of normal class as per IS: 12075.
15. Synchronous 1000rpm & 750 rpm can be give in CRS Type.
16. CSCR, CSIR & CSR – Single phase.
17. Permanent split capacitor motor are with low starting Torque (40% FLT) suitable for washing machines & Blowers.
